ABUP 계정 및 데이터 삭제 요청
ABUP은 Google 로그인으로 앱 계정을 생성합니다. 앱을 삭제했거나 로그인할 수 없는 경우에도 이 페이지에서 계정 및 관련 데이터 삭제를 요청할 수 있습니다.
삭제되는 데이터
- ABUP Firebase Authentication 계정
- ABUP 사용자 프로필(UID, 이름, 이메일, 프로필 사진 URL, 국가·언어·플랫폼 정보)
- 테스트 신뢰 기록 및 GIVE/RECEIVE/14일 완주 요약
- 해당 계정이 소유한 등록 앱 및 테스트 캠페인 데이터
요청 방법
- ABUP 로그인에 사용한 Google 이메일 주소에서 아래 이메일 링크를 누릅니다.
- 제목에 ABUP 계정 삭제 요청을 유지하고, 본문에 “ABUP 계정 및 관련 데이터 삭제를 요청합니다”라고 적어 보내주세요.
- 계정 확인 후 삭제를 처리하고 완료 사실을 회신합니다. 추가 본인 확인이 필요한 경우 최소한의 확인 절차를 안내할 수 있습니다.
참고: 휴대폰에서 ABUP 앱만 삭제하는 것은 Firebase 계정 삭제가 아닙니다. 계정과 서버 데이터를 삭제하려면 위 절차로 요청해 주세요. Google 계정 자체는 삭제되지 않습니다.
보관 예외
법령상 의무, 보안, 사기 방지 또는 분쟁 대응을 위해 일부 최소 기록을 보관해야 하는 경우에는 해당 목적과 필요한 기간에 한해 보관할 수 있습니다.

ABUP Account and Data Deletion Request
ABUP creates an app account when you sign in with Google. Even if you have deleted the app or can no longer sign in, you can request deletion of your ABUP account and related data from this page.
Data that will be deleted
- Your ABUP Firebase Authentication account
- Your ABUP user profile, including UID, name, email address, profile photo URL, country, language, and platform information
- Your testing trust records and GIVE/RECEIVE/14-day completion summaries
- Registered apps and testing campaign data owned by your account
How to request deletion
- Use the Google email address that you used to sign in to ABUP.
- Tap the email button below and keep the subject ABUP Account Deletion Request.
- After we verify the account, we will process the deletion and reply when it is complete. If additional identity verification is required, we will request only the minimum information needed.
Note: Uninstalling the ABUP app from your phone does not delete your Firebase account. To delete the account and server-side data, please use the request process above. Your Google account itself will not be deleted.
Retention exceptions
If we are required to retain limited records for legal obligations, security, fraud prevention, or dispute handling, we may retain only the minimum information necessary for the applicable purpose and period.
